cyclists and mountain bikers. Our Leitgamhof is an excellent base from which to discover the numerous trails and
cycle routes in Val Pusteria. It's truly a case of unlimited pedalling here! No matter whether you prefer to ride through hilly alpine landscapes, past crystal-clear mountain lakes and up towering mountain peaks, over the Dolomite passes (UNESCO world natural heritage site), on the new
downhill route on the Plan de Corones or you prefer a leisurely ride along the
famous Val Pusteria cycle path from Rio di Pusteria to Lienz in the Austrian Eastern Tyrol, cycling in Chienes / Kines and Val Pusteria is a truly special experience.
A small hint to help you out: when your calves no longer want to pedal, the
Val Pusteria Railway is there to take cyclists and their bikes part of the way!
